Join the FARA pilot
By registering to join FARA's pilot programme, I agree that:
- FARA is a pilot research tool. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and I will independently verify anything before relying on it or using it with a client. FARA does not provide financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice.
- FARA (a service of Hesed Consulting Pte Ltd) will collect and store my email, the questions I ask, FARA's answers, and basic usage data in order to run and improve the service.
- If I choose to upload a document that contains personal data, FARA will attempt to redact the identifiers it detects (such as names, NRIC, contact details, and policy numbers) before the content is used to answer my question, but this is best-effort and may not catch everything.
- I am responsible for whatever I choose to upload: I confirm I am authorised to use it with FARA, I will share only what is necessary, and I remain responsible for my own obligations to my clients under the PDPA.
- To provide the service, FARA relies on third-party cloud providers (including AI and hosting services), and my data may be processed or stored outside Singapore. My data is not sold, and it is not used to train these providers' AI models.
- FARA takes reasonable steps to protect my data and keeps it, including anything I upload, only as long as needed to run and improve the service. I can contact its Data Protection Officer at privacy@fara.sg to withdraw my consent, or to access, correct, or delete my data.
- FARA may contact me for feedback, and may change or end the service, or my access, at any time.
